Become a member of our holding company Brokerage. Our policies are the most affordable and flexible in Michigan!

Fee: $75 per year
Referral Split: 60% to you, 40% to Jerry Holloway’s Holding & Referral.
Continuing Education: With your membership you are given the opportunity to take any of our scheduled classroom continuing education classes free!

  • You’re not limited to any particular time period for taking your class like other holding company Brokerages.
  • You can take your reduced price continuing education class at any time within the 3 year license cycle. (This does not include online classes)
  • You can also take any State approved continuing education class that works best with your schedule, however the discount does not apply.

How do I sign up?

Having Jerry Holloway’s Holding & Referral LLC hold your license is easy – just call our office toll free at 800-292-5945 FREE and we will get you started – an information packet with all of the necessary forms and instructions will be mailed or faxed to you directly, OR you can download the following forms to be mailed back.

You will then need to go to http://www.michigan.gov/miplus and create an account if you are a first time user, if not just log in to your account. When it asks for Broker information you will add Jerry Holloway’s Holding & Referral LLC. Our license number is 6505-281499. Once you have submitted your request we will then go on http://www.michigan.gov/miplus and accept your request to become a member.
