Description
Requirements for a Broker or Associate Broker’s license:
3 years of documented experience. Pass the State licensing exam. Take 90 additional hours of classroom education. We provide the 90 hours in three 30 hour courses. There is no required order they must be taken in but we do suggest Broker’s Preparation be taken last, it is specifically designed as an exam preparation class.
Brokers Preparation

Intense Preparation For The Licensing Exam with 3 hours on Civil Rights. Offered in a week long four day format, this course is not required for the Real Estate Broker License exam but highly recommended by Holloway’s as preparation. Broker candidates must obtain a total of 90 classroom hours, 30 hours from Broker Preparation and an additional 60 hours by choosing 2 more of the advanced classes.

Advanced principles & practices of real estate with 3 hours on Civil Rights. Offered in a week long 4 day format this is one of the advanced courses which would provide 30 of the 90 classroom hours toward the Real Estate Broker license.
