Completion of Course 2025 Real Estate Continuing Education satisfies 6 clock hours of the 18 clock hours necessary to renew your license. This course also satisfies the mandatory, annual, minimum 2 clock hours of “laws, rules and court cases regarding real estate and 1 clock hour Fair Housing” The October 31st deadline is no more, your Con-Ed is due every year on the month and day of your license expiration date. This is the class you need for this year, 2025!
