Description
Real estate fundamentals; This course provides the 40 classroom hours of education required by the State of Michigan to obtain a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License with special emphasis on exam preparation. Topics include: State and Federal laws, Environmental concerns, tax aspects of real estate, Brokerage and marketing, financing, fair housing, legal descriptions, valuation and more. Students do not need any previous knowledge of real estate. Tuition includes text book, hand-outs and all other materials.
Classes run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.. Students are allowed to split the class between different locations if desired. Students will need a simple 4 function calculator and note taking equipment.
